The Covid-19 pandemic prompted an urgent surge in demand for institutions to bring their programs online. 

• Everspring needed to meet this unprecedented new demand without compromising quality. 
• Accelerate the completion of several projects in the pipeline on a strict budget by coordinating with the in-house tech team.
• Launch the new Coursebuilder tool in June, 2 months away, so faculty could train and kick off the Fall semester teaching students in August.  

TrueNorth was chosen based on our commitment to and previous successes in developing and completing aggressive 2-month plan. The discipline, expertise, and engineering capabilities of TrueNorth showed that we could keep this incredibly ambitious project on a strict timeline and within Everspring’s budget.

TrueNorth collaborated with Everspring to dive deep into the platform, products, business needs, and work teams, adding value from day one.

Phase 1: Assemble the team.   



Objective: Seamless communication and coordination across departments and companies.
The expert team was quickly assembled and led by a Team Captain to facilitate fluid coordination amongst multiple areas and across both companies--a key role in TrueNorth’s proven process.

Phase 2: Revamp CourseBuilder.
Objective: Add innovative and powerful capabilities to the platform.

In just a few weeks, the team completely revamped CourseBuilder to be an embedded application within the Canvas Learning Management Platform, complete with power tools including bulk operations, faster search and data filtering, and the ability to launch operations asynchronously.

• Launch the new Course Builder v1.0 which already has clients using it.
• During a period of 3 months, our Senior AWS Certified DevOps team was able to completely redefine their CI/CD infrastructure for one of their most critical products.
• Created an automated test suite to ensure that marketing sites were accurately capturing leads.
