TrueNorth and Medallion colaborated with the design, planning, and development of a unique borrower dashboard user interface, and a backend middleware layer to orchestrate loan servicing functions efficiently.
Solutions
The middleware layer integrates legacy servicing systems and a new loan management system (LMS). Modern LMS implementation included setting up data pipelines, and data migration with testing.
